Kongens gate 2 acquired by Anders Opsahl Gruppen
Anders Opsahl Gruppen has acquired Kongens gate 2 in Oslo. The property was built in 1892, and has a total area of 4200 sq.m. It was sold by a group of private owners.
Anders Opsahl stated to Estate Media earlier in July:
- We have acquired another unique building in the part of Oslo called “Kvadraturen”. It was a special occasion to participate in a small and efficient bidding round. During the bidding I was standing with Kongens gate 2 right in front of me! The atmosphere in front of the building is extraordinary.
The transaction will take place in the second half of 2019.
Akershus Eiendom was sell-side advisor in the transaction. Wiersholm was the legal advisor for the seller, while Sands was legal advisor for the buyer. Over the past twenty years, the property has been managed by Fortuna Megling.
