Experience

Andreas work as a Director on the Transactions team after starting his career in the Research and Valuation team at Akershus Eiendom from 2017 to 2021.

Since 2018, Andreas has been an advisor on transactions worth over NOK 20 billion. This includes several urban development projects and larger/complex transactions within office, retail, logistics, hotel, and development properties with both residential and commercial use. Andreas has broad experience with a range of national and international clients.

He has valuation experience from several portfolios of Norway's largest real estate owners from his time in the Research and Valuation department.
