Deka Immobilien purchases Cort Adelers gate 33 from Winta Eiendom
Deka Immobilien GmbH has secured a prime office property in Oslo under a purchase agreement for around EUR 77 million. Estimated 2018 gross rental income amounts to Euro ~ 3 million p.a..
The vendor is the Norwegian project developer Winta Eiendom AS. The property will be added to the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund WestInvest InterSelect.
The high-quality property consists of three interconnected buildings. In addition to the historic office building from 1882, which has been fully renovated and is under partial heritage protection, two new buildings have been added. The project was completed in Q2 2017.
The interconnected building complex offers 8,200 m² of leasable space (of which ~ 1.900 m² parking) is fully leased to the law firm Steenstrup Stordrange DA (SANDS) with 12 years remaining lease term. It is located in the centre of the capital city's central business district and has excellent access to public transport.

Winta Eiendom is a commercial real estate developer targeting office development opportunities in the Oslo CBD and metropolitan area. The company is 50% held by Arcanum Eiendom AS. The remaining 50% of the ownership is evenly split between Canica AS and the KGJ Real Estate AS group.
